The Peninsula Education Foundation receives nonpublic personal information from its donors which may include such things as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and credit card information (“Confidential Information”).

The Foundation maintains various physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the Confidential Information of its donors and former donors.  The Foundation therefore does not disclose Confidential Information about donors or former donors to anyone outside the Foundation, other than in very limited circumstances to assist the Foundation in fulfilling its Mission Statement.

Individuals or entities may choose not to receive further mailings and/or solicitations from the Foundation by notifying the Foundation in writing.
